Hi kids, it´s your bass-pusher Tim Turbo with a overlength Tim Turbo Thursday.
Folks, the bass-business gets more and more intensive: we got into more promo-mailing-lists, I got some new gigs (next week in Augsburg, the week after in Vienna), upcoming projects with the German bass-elite and features on various blogs, e.g. on the new blog of the infamous Robert Basic (the German guy, who sold his blog on ebay for nearly 50k), who is one of the most famous German bloggers.
Tim Turbo Thursday #11 is a extra long vehicle, wich means over one hour of bubbly basses, global ghetto dances and funk mundial. There is a tracklist below, but no tune-by-tune-description, as I`m still too busy these days. Go to the g-funk-area for tune-details.

Hi kids, it’s your art-school-girls-seducer and ghetto-bass-advocate Tim Turbo with the anniversary issue of Tim Turbo Thursday.
I want to take the 10th anniversary as an occasion to ask you, what I could do better? Criticism, praises or hints? How did you liked the last (truly experimental) TTT? Do you have particular ideas for future issues? Whatever you have to say, say in the commentssection below.

“Hello, this is DEER and I’m a technoholic. I stole Tim Turbo’s Thursday and hold Tim Turbo to ransom. I need more cash for more beats. Here is my story:
I first tried some of these small minimal beat-pills and everything was fine. Then I started to take tuffer things like SebastiAn, Kavinsky and Boys Noize. Not too excessive, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I still had the control.
But in the last two years it became worse and worse: I popped everything from Switch to Crookers. A lot of Herve, Fake Blood, Modeselektor and Jesse Rose.
Now I need this feeling rushing through my veins, assigning my pulse, controlling every little second of my daily life, constantly. Yes, I’m addicted. When I’m sitting in the tub or caress my pony or even when I pump my iron, I need a beat. I forced Tim Turbo to write his tune-by-tune-stuff, so you all know he is still alife. Don’t call 911 and don’t do something blindfold, like writing Tim Turbo on his facebook group or page, twitter him or send him tunes! I claim 500 downloads and a few dinky female comments on my blog ransom on the barrelhead for TT’s life!
And now I will hook you: Taste the sweet, forbidden fruit, you will love it! (evil laughing)”

Hi kids, it’s the Hood Crookin’ Koi together with the Good Looking Boy.
I’m very proud to let you be part of a pre-listen to a bunch of straight-from-the-studio tunes by Good Looking Boy in this week’s Tim Turbo Thursday. These tunes are so so straight-from-the-studio, they are not even mastered yet. I sprinkled them all over the mix, wich is heavy synthicious this week, but I think thats a welcome variety to the laid-back-style of the last one.
Things to know about Good Looking Boy: He’s from Berlin/Germany. He’s a exceptionally gifted guitar-player. He listens to german gangster and street rap all day. He is in love with the 808. He does bonkers Electro-banger at it’s best. His EP will be out soon, called “Like Animals”. Get to know him better as your digital friend and know about all the dates and news. You should definitely put him on your to-watch-for-2009-list.
In general TTT got back to the “regular” scheduled programm: I have tune-by-tune talk and a nice long mix today, no excuses like the last times. Now it’s your part to go to the comment-section and say: “Yeah, tune-by-tune. Finally again! I love it! Wow! Yatta!”.
