Buzzrock Warrior

Hype for Jahdan Blakkmoore´s new album “Buzzrock Warrior” is steadily building up. The long player which is set to hit the streets on September 14th, will e.g. feature productions from Modeselektor, 77Klash, Maga Bo and, of course, Rupture and Shadetek.

You can prelisten some of the tunes on Jahdan´s microsite and learn about The General´s

career thus far, how he linked up with Brooklyn’s Dutty Artz crew, started listening to dubstep, hip-hop, and grime, and his new album

in the video above. (via Dutty Artz)

Watch out for what probably is the most significant foreign contribution to reggae and dancehall music in 2009 besides Major Lazer.
