Back from 10 days of travels, I am happy to see that seen. shirts keep making their way around the world. Check DJ Shirkhan in Palestine above, and Ward 21 on tour with Bassrunner here or here.
And there’s more good news: Besides our own online shop, seen. is now also available at the legendary Deadly Dragon store in New York City, on the Scandinavian online platform ArtRebels, at Roktic UK, and in the online shop of Riddim magazine.
Thanks, jD, ScratchFamous, Matilda, Catarina, Joe, Pete, and Steffen for giving us a shot – and thanks, Adam, Flo, Shirkhan, the whole Ward 21 family and all other supporters and customers for the ongoing support. One!

Ward 21 are currently on their »Shake Up Ya« Tour through Europe alongside Bassrunner Sound (Austria) and we’re very happy to support it.
On Friday, we visited the show at Zapata (Stuttgart, Germany) and were blown away by the energy they’re still bringing to the stage after all the years in the business. Besides their heavy live set, I also really enjoyed the selector’s section:
where we become selectors once again. In this set we play the songs on the Cosa Nostra riddim to introduce it to those not in the know. That part is so much fun, going all the way back to our roots and musical beginnings aided by our tour manager Adam from BassRunner Soundtribe. You should see us emceeing like back in the day…

Gabe, the graphical mind behind seen., launched his new portfolio website today. It’s an overview of the work he has done in the fields of graphic design, illustration, and photography recently.
Besides his designs for our latest Spring/Summer 2010 T-shirt collection, I especially like the layouts and illustrations he did for GQ magazine, and the brandnew Ward 21 tour artwork.
Check www.gabedesigns.com for more and don’t hesitate to link him in case you need anything to look really good.

We’re very happy to see Top Billin – »the closest thing to a club phenomenon ever to come from Finland« – praising our latest T-shirt collection on their blog:
Go get em. I wears them, Douster wears them, everybody likes them. seen. holding it strong for 2010. (via Top Billin)
Thanks, Sami, for holding it strong for seen. up North!

Probably the most rewarding thing running a business like seen. – besides seeing people wearing the T-shirts we put out – is being able to collaborate with people we’re die-hard fans of.
And luckily, we have gotten quite a few chances to feel that joy in the last couple of years: when working with Peter Dean Rickards and the whole FIRST magazine crew, when partnering with Dylan Powe and the Swatch International family and becoming the first continental European sound to play at Passa Passa with Everest Sound, when teaming up with Natalie Storm and seeing her new logo on Jamaican TV just a couple of weeks later, when interviewing Stranger Cole and Terry Lynn for Gabe’s version of FIRST magazine last year, or when doing podcast series with Tim Turbo, SoulForce and the Tropical Heat crew. The list goes on.
Now it’s time for the next joint-venture we’re very proud of: seen. presents the Ward 21 »Shake Up Ya!« Tour 2010 which will take the »Mad Family« through 16 European cities alongside Bassrunner Sound, our favourite Dancehall production team from outta Austria, throughout the month of May.
Andre, Mark, and Kunley will represent the latest seen. shirts when tearing down stage for stage, Adam will hail regularly from the tour bus on this blog, and Gabe designed the artwork to give the tour the visual representation it deserves.
Make sure to check out Ward 21 and Bassrunner in a city near your. These are the dates:
