Servus. If you don´t mind, I would like to use Wednesdays to post news about my home town Munich in the future. “Mittwoch” is German for Wednesday – that´s where the title comes from. So what´s up in beer city?

Well, first of – with tomorrow being the first Thursday since 50 weeks which won´t see a TTT podcast – I´m happy to announce that Tim Turbo Thursday has turned into a monthly party at Crux. The first Tim Turbo Thursday session is going to get down next Thursday with Daniel Haaksman (Man Recordings, Berlin) on the decks alongside Mr. Turbo himself. Word on the streets is that we might even stream these sessions live and/or record parts of it. We´ll see. Stay tuned.

In the meantime, watch Schlachthofbronx doing it big at home as well as on an international level. While Franco-German TV arte has covered them alongside Diplo and Joyce Muniz recently (check Youtube), XLR8R magazine is giving the Bavarian jokers some well-deserved attention (check the article), too.

Check the preview of the Top Billin (who played Munich last Friday) remix of “Ayoba” for Schlachthofbronx´s upcoming EP on Man Recordings:

For all those living here or coming to visit Munich: make sure to pick up “Super Paper“, the gone-paper edition of Super Magazine has been redesigned by one of Germany´s most rated graphic bureaus – Munich-based Bureau Mirko Borsche. Looking dope! Here´s some more of their recent output.

More Munich to come next Wednesday.
