seen. provides services to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by seen. from time to time without notice.
Payments and Charges
seen. accepts orders made through the shop’s order system, PayPal, and via e-mail. All payments including shipping and handling fees can therefore be made through PayPal or bank transfer. All taxes are included. Shipping and handling costs are charged seperately.
Shipping
Shipping and handling is free. Our products are sent by “normal” mail, that means no insurance. If you wish your order to be sent registered, please let us know.
Handling
seen. will aim to process every order within one business day. You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment) and when the item is shipped. Shipping times depend on the respective carrier. seen. cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Availability
We are a small company and we do not produce our stuff in very high quantities. It might happen that some products will not be available anymore in some sizes or colors. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However: seen. does not guarantee that any goods on the site are available and in-stock.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you purchased at this website you may return it/them in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of order.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products the way they look in reality. But as the actual colors you see depend on the calibration of your monitor, they might differ from the actual colorways.
Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury, seen.’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. seen. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if seen. has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
